And when you're trying to manage all of that alongside work, family or an existing property portfolio, things can easily start slipping. That's where I come in. I act as your independent project partner — keeping an eye on the moving parts, communicating with the people involved and dealing with problems before they become expensive ones.

AVEnue Project Partners was created to give property investors something that can be surprisingly difficult to find: someone who is genuinely looking at the project from their side of the table.
I understand that a refurbishment is about more than bricks, budgets and deadlines. It's your money, your investment and ultimately your responsibility. When you're trying to manage trades, suppliers, decisions and unexpected problems alongside everything else life throws at you, it can quickly become overwhelming.
My role is to take some of that pressure away.
I bring together practical project management, organisation, clear communication and problem-solving to help keep your refurbishment moving in the right direction. I look at the bigger picture, keep track of the details and, where possible, identify potential problems before they become expensive ones.
Most importantly, I work for you.
I'm not there to sell you building work or recommend contractors because there's something in it for me. I'm there to provide independent oversight, ask the questions that need asking and help you make informed decisions throughout your project.
Because you shouldn't have to be a building expert to be a successful property investor.

I keep an eye out for things that could cause delays, additional costs or unnecessary complications, and raise them early so there's an opportunity to deal with them before they become bigger problems.

It's easy to get caught up in individual jobs — a wall that needs moving, a bathroom that needs fitting, a quote that needs approving.
I'm looking at how all those pieces fit together.
What's happening next? Is one delay going to affect another trade? Does a decision need to be made now rather than next week? Is the work still moving towards the outcome you originally wanted?
That's the difference between simply managing tasks and actually managing a project.Every project follows a clear process, from initial planning through to completion, helping reduce uncertainty and ensuring important details aren't overlooked.

I work independently from the contractors carrying out the work. That means I can look at what's happening objectively, ask questions, challenge things when necessary and help you make decisions based on what's right for your project — not what's easiest for someone else.
From checking progress and keeping communication moving to flagging potential issues and helping you work through unexpected problems, my role is to give you another layer of oversight and confidence.
